Mammoth Property Solutions provides complete property management services for residential property, including single-family homes, town homes, duplexes, apartments and other multi-unit residential properties.  We also have extensive experience with Home/Condo Owner’s Association Management.  We provide leasing and property management services throughout Mono County.  We will care for your property as our own, giving you peace of mind and the freedom to pursue other business.

Nicole Godoy
Heading up this division is Nicole Godoy. Nicole has over 16 years in the property management and real estate business.  Nicole serves as the Leasing Agent, screens applicants, and prepares and signs leases.  She also works with sales and investment clients, utilizing her knowledge of the income property market to maximize rent and return on investment.  Her background work includes overseeing a portfolio of over 42 homeowner associations and over $45 million dollars worth of income properties.

The property management operations are further supported by our reception and bookkeeping staffs, who receive cross-functional training to bring comprehensive understanding of the business to their work.  We also consult with local attorneys as needed.
